Rena has been providing consulting services specializing in administrative analysis and fiscal management since 2003. She has had the pleasure of working with many companies within a variety of industries in Mendocino, Lake, Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties.
Though her focus has been compliance and fiscal management she has a wide array of expertise. Growing up her parents were a driving force in her professional development. Her father was a California General Contractor specializing in residential restorations. Rena's mother and grandmother ran a tasting room in her hometown. She began her career working in both her father's home office processing pre-leins and invoices and the back end of her mother's tasting room entering sales into the accounting system and filing various documents. She has also always enjoyed working with people so she could often be found waiting tables or tending bar in a local restaurant or bar. Her hands on, no job too small or too large approach to every role has gained her invaluable knowledge, experience, connections and bonds required to be successful in any environment.
Throughout her career Rena has spent much of her time in the hospitality and construction industries building and rounding her skill set out with each new project or assignment. Now with over 20-years of experience in various industries she has the expertise to support and guide you through nearly any phase of your business. From start-ups to seasoned operations she has seen it all, and has the tools and resources to support you while you work towards bringing your vision to reality.
